Cameron Jibril Thomaz (Minot, North Dakota, September 8, 1987), better known as Wiz Khalifa, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and actor. Wiz Khalifa is the son of a father militar.1 His parents divorced when he was about three years. He lived in Germany, England and Japan before moving to Pittsburgh where he conducted his studies at Taylor Allderdice High School. He made his debut with the album Show and Prove, in 2006, which led him to sign for the Warner Bros. Records in 2007. Wiz Khalifa released his second album Deal or No Deal, in November 2009. In 2011 he published his third album, Rolling Papers, which features the singles "Black and Yellow", "Roll Up", "On My Level" and "No Sleep". Khalifa His stage name comes from an Arabic word meaning "successor" and wisdom, which was shortened to Wiz Khalifa, when he was a child.
